Space Hellas: 70% increase in profit after tax for 2025 maintaining the levels of turnover and EBITDA

The consolidated turnover of Space Hellas for 2025 amounted to €152.9 million, compared to €155.2 million in 2024, showing a marginal decrease of 1.5%. Gross profit in 2025 increased to €31.7 million, compared to €29.6 million in 2024. Earnings before interest, taxes and depreciation & amortization (EBITDA) amounted to €18.3 million in 2025, compared to €18.2 million in 2024. Earnings before tax amounted to €4.3 million in 2025 compared to €2.2 million in 2024, representing an increase of 101%, while earnings after tax increased by 70% and amounted to €3.1 million in 2025, compared to €1.8 million in 2024.

The significant increase in profits reflects the achievement of the Group's goal of maintaining operating profitability (EBITDA) with a simultaneous reduction in borrowing and, consequently, financial expenses. More specifically, the Group's loans decreased by 11% to €73,281 and the company's decreased by 10% to €66,615.

For the parent company, turnover decreased to €125.8m in 2025, compared to €134.2m in 2024, while earnings before interest, taxes and depreciation & amortization (EBITDA) remained stable at €13.6m in 2025, compared to €13.7m in 2024. Finally, the earnings before taxes of the parent company for 2025 increased to €3.9 million, compared to €3.0 million in 2024 and the corresponding results after taxes in 2025 amounted to €3.2 million, compared to €2.7 million in 2024 showing increases of 28.6% and 17% respectively.

Operating cash flows are positive by €11.1m. and were channelled into the reduction of borrowing, which is reflected in the negative flows from financing activities by €12.8m. Investment activities were negative by €9.3 million.

The Executive Chairman of the Space Hellas Group, Mr. Spyros D. Manolopoulos, stated: "Following the completion of the financing by the Recovery and Resilience fund, the IT and telecommunications market is expected to be strengthened in the following years 2026-2027, by a new round of European funds concerning the research and development of European technologies with a special emphasis on the fields of artificial intelligence, cyber security and defence. Space Hellas implements important projects concerning critical infrastructures of the country with an implementation horizon that extends beyond 2026, leveraging synergies with the rest of the group's companies such as SingularLogic, Mobics, Web-IQ and AgroApps. The integration of SenseOne into the general direction of R&D and applications of Space Hellas in 2026 creates new dynamics in the development and promotion of integrated IoT solutions using new technologies of edge computing, telematics and the integration of artificial intelligence tools. "
